I have designed a raised bridge before on the USS Prophecy and I liked how it turned out so it has been incorporated into this ship's design.Phaser Strips have been replace with Phaser Panels (the grey triangles around the saucer and rear hull) they have a better heat dispersion rate as well as increased energy transfer rate. I was thinking that in the future the hull itself can contain phaser emmiter technology - so this is a step towards that idea.
The main bridge is now 3 storeys high and located at the top of the large windows. The bridge is now similar to Stellar cartography as the Ops and Helm station extend out into a void which looks down at the Conference room on the lower level.
Below this is the Captains personal shuttle bay. Β The Captains Yacht is no longer located at the bottom of the saucer section. It now is parked in this shuttle bay so the Captain can travel directly below via turbo to his waiting Yacht.
The primary and secondary shuttle bays, including the primary Impulse drive are situated along the dorsal spine.

Thanks for that. The bridge idea came from another one of my ships and I liked the idea of looking out over the saucer from a height.

I designed her to be slightly longer than the Enterprise E but has a slightly higher internal volume in the secondary Hull

The ship kind of looks like a sea turtle to me so Chelonia is another name for Sea Turtle
