Lol, while I have to officially dislike the colors of that flag, it is artfully done on her and even adds a sense of unexpected sophistication with both its design of the top, what its barely concealing underneath and makes a great juxtaposition with the rest of her outfit, like the texture of the boots she's wearing. Instead of coming across slapdash, there is an air of planning, a intent, design and yet a look of being worn as if this isn't a 'city girl' one-time outfit that she'll throw away, but one she's seen often in. Great work with the background too, fitting, and you use the slight blur effect well to insure she is the focus of the composition. Topped off with good vehicle work with the truck and this picture is one that looks well rounded to present a fresh image of what might just be everyday for this rural rebel.

I understand the symbolism is controversial and thanks for be able to see beyond that as I hope you know when I use it in art it represents unique cultural aspects of that part of the contemporary US and not the reprehensible political history of the South.Β That said, thank you for another very detailed and positive review of my work!
