That's true. PTSD is a serious condition that affects a lot of soldiers, especially those sent into combat. He also has PTSD from some childhood trauma he went through as well, which doesn't sit well at all with the passing and being in combat. :<
But luckily he's got an assistant who's always there to comfort him when he's down. ^^ Thanks!! Squirrels are my favorites. :3

Today, I don't think most soldiers get PTSD from combat itself, but when they lose friend or something more traumatic, that's the main PTSD triggerer.
When they're under fire, it's mostly all adrenaline, the survival instinct, training and little bit of that comradeship.
They've been trained to be under fire, so that's just another park to walk. Plus, combat today looks a lot different than that during WW2 or WW1. Meh, dunno if you are interested in my military ramblings in comment section of vent pic xD
Heheh, yesh I see. You do a great job

Also, the bottom looks weird because he's wearing a lab coat, I don't think I executed that part too well. :v

I wanna hug him if he'll let me, and tell him "it'll be ok". Though with all the shit he's been though, it's tough.
