The first thing I noticed was that the colors are really earthy, it's nice and warm looking.

I love this! The individual facial features are the nices of touches. The eyes are, dare I say, juicy (I love using that word with paintings XD). They look so full and say so much about what she's thinking. Her nose and lips are lookin' just as juicy.
