How do you create these custom themes with these borders? I'm having trouble with this. If you could give me instructions on how to reference the design of this visual style you have made that would be great. My O.S is Windows 8.1

I'm using bblean currently on Windows 8.1 and I need help on how you've configured your bblean or bbzero, assuming they're similar. I see peoples desktops with custom colored borders such as you have being White and Yellow. If you could help me it would be greatly appreciated since I've been stuck trying to customize my windows 8.1

In this scrot I was using bbleanskin (A plugin). You can change colors/border sizes/etc within the configuration files (.rc) or by just using bbstylemaker.
