Been awhile since I PSed Chaos trying to eat someone XD
Here we have Tyler Sarenade (before he became the new king of the NoFace). This scene actually happens in the Tale of Volix part 2 - The Rein of King Yami
Chaos plays a rather key part in the comic story and is one of the main people in the back story...so there's alot of almost getting eatten and such.

is it me or is chaos getting more demonic? he looks awsome and the detail is brilliant, the chaos heart in the middle is a great touch i love the ribs that surround it in what looks like a mini cage. i did laugh at the little qoat, poor tyler today just isnt his day XD love the jaws almost grabbing him and what looks like ink dripping down its body, gives me chills down my spine x3 awsome job

Chaos when he's going after pray is rather evil looking, other than that he's actaully rather collected.
but yeah, I was going for a more demonic look when he gets enraged. :3 that was the tiny update on him XD

Chaos is a very very unpredictible tar demon. He actually came to the planet not knowing barely anything about emotions. Gilgamesh created him to figure it out on his own, much like how humans would learn.
Chaos's since of right and wrong is super screwed up but he does get a great understanding for compasion and I may show a few pics of it

oh i see, chaos and compasion? certainly new for me x3 i guess people would be scared to death even coming across him but it seems interesting that hes unpredictible, must be scary for anyone going against it

to go against him yes...to just talk to him is another story
I have a backstroy for Chaos on when he first came to the planet as a small blob of tar with giant eyes, almost like a baby
and this little Shroom girl found him and took him in as a pet at first..then she saw he could talk and she was Chaos first friend some umpteen MILLINIUMS ago

well Chaos didn't know anything when he was first created so he believed this Shroom child was nice and befriended her.
the Shroom girl fed Chaos all kinds of things, making the amount of tar on Chaos grow. Eventually the shroom girl fed him to the size that he is now...then...she got murdered by a Tanooki soldier
it upset Chaos so much he just started devowering anything that moved from there on out

Chaos has a thing he doesn't do even in todays time
He will never eat Shrooms for some reason. People don't know why he will not attack anyone of the Shroom race (Lerange as well). It's because they remind him too much of his first friend

Sir Lerange Deathcap is the King of the Shrooms of Shroom Valley. He's neihbors to the Kooplin Kingdom and hates the Marron Brothers with a fiery passion. He's got an obsession with Maria and has only one treaty and that's with Princess Dawn

i find him being a little blob kinda cute x3 and well at least he had at least someone who liked him....even if it was wayyy long ago, and i guess he doesnt like talking to anyone that much but the relationship between him and the girl seems cute, i guess it didnt last forever though

I laughed at your quote XD You missed it drawing Chaos try to eat people? XD Anyway, you know,
even if it's true or not, you put so much love into the coloring. I don't know, but it looks so
smooth and clean, (I know, digital work almost always does, but still) and soft, too. I like the
shading and lighting in it also. Maybe it seems so soft to me because you didn't make a
background at all. (I don't know XD) The detail on Tyler and Chaos are very stunning, you
put so much love in effort into all you works :3 Did you make a slight upgrade on Chaos'
appearance? It seems so. A little bit. XD I admire you for drawing scary beings, the mouth
and how he opens it just looks frightening. The void he is coming out looks so good, augh,
stop being so awsome XD Again, I totally like the colors, the are so vibrant-looking :3
Especially the blue of Tyler's hair sticks out. Ahh, okay! I really love how he looks, his
expression is just like "oh holy, dear grambi" xD And I really like his clothes. What did he
do before he became king? I mean, he convinced (hardly, but he did XD) that Volix was
a NoFace... Hm okay, I like his pose, yet somehow his left foot seems to be a little bit off.
But never mind that, because again, I can't draw motion as good as you do so I am
quiet now XD Say... Is Tyler a-------- Water Element? Because he has blue hair. :3 Yet he
could also be a Wind Element... but his hair is more teal than light blue, right? *I keep
such things in my head, but I am failing at school, HAH. XD) Anyway, I like this one a lot.
And I am really looking forward to know more about King Yami's reign, since it was such a
terrible time for the NoFace... And because Volix came to the citiziens that time. :3 I am
such a nerd, hah XDD Sorry ^w^; Good job on it, Cortney. *long comments for the win,

and yeah, I did update Chaos just a tad. I made the tar on him a bit more fluid than just in place (since he doesn't have a solid form, I thought this was approptiate).
Tyler is a Water or Ice element (though he ranges on both, he prefures being a true Water element). Tyler was the son of a great general, General Travus Serenade, who unfortunitlly was murdered by King Yami when Tyler was 25 years old (a little over 6 years in human). Tyler took his father's place as general once he came of age
Sadly, Tyler's little borther is trapped inside the castle of King Yami, along with all the other childern of the NoFace. Tyler preyed to the stars that one day he will free his little brother before Yami decides to murder him to.
