Very nice sketch; I like your attention to shade and tone with the pencils and/or charcoal which really helps to bring the drawing out. I like the stroke marks the materials have left on the piece, as well, giving it that lovely traditionally made look. Great bits of detail worked in, especially on the ears where it's nice to see you've included little strokes of white for the finer hair, etc.
