Robin, Shadow has a crush on Robin but keeps her feelings to her self and tries to play it cool when around him. They get along quite well and have quite a few things in common. You can often find them training together. Shadow and Robin are both competitive causing them to constantly try to one up each other. One of the biggest strains in their friendship would be Shadow's drive to be in charge. Especially at first when Robin attempts to lead and direct the team Shadow rebuts and contradicts him causing tension and problems. Also the fact that they both keep secrets causes other tension which trickles down to the rest of the team.

Starfire, For a couple different reasons Shadow doesn't always get along with Starfire. First up, is her constant energy and bubblyness, it just gets annoying after a while. Next is the fact that Star tends to be quite naive of things and although she doesn't do it on purpose it just sometimes Shadow doesn't understand how she doesn't know things by now. And finally the biggest and most obvious reason would be because of jealousy. Shadow knows that Star and Robin like each other and Shadow wishes that it weren't so. On the flip side the girls can work together, hang out and have some things in common. Starfire does make a challenging opponent in sparring and has a great way of cheering Shadow up with her optimism.

Cyborg, In general Cyborg and Shadow get along well. They can work together if they don't start arguing about who is in charge! He does understand her drive to take charge and dislikes being bossed around so he helps her adjust to being with a team. Cyborg can be loud and quite outgoing, which isn't always Shadow's thing but when she is in the right mood they can definitely get into their fair share of trouble. Cyborg has his deep passion and enjoyment for vehicles and electronics and Shadow enjoys watching him tinker as well as help pass tools. But she herself knows nothing and sometimes her lack of knowledge and want to learn more gets on his nerves.

Raven, As to her nature Raven is standoffish which didn't make Shadow and her immediate friends. But as time goes by, Shadow and Raven get closer through things that they have in common. They can be found meditating together once in a while, but more often reading silently together. Shadow understands that Raven likes her alone time and respects her enough to let her have it. If Shadow isn't training or alone she can often be found with Raven but there are difficulties in their relationship as Shadows secrets are revealed.

Beastboy, Especially when she first joined the team Shadow finds BB immature, lazy and annoying. Because of this they didn't get all that close but later on when she finds herself beginning to have a panic attack, Shadow ends up confiding that she is claustrophobic to him. With his help and encouragement they get through said predicament and end up having a closer more amical relationship.
