hmm. I like it. But I think this should be a regular Evolution, instead of a mega evolution. Think about it. you got one more Evolution potential to take. And this one here would fill that final, Normal evolution.

Does the difference matter? like something that is half the size would do more damage than something a quarter the size?

As long as your target's smaller, they'll do less damage. Size differences don't matter.
