My entry to the contest hold by & - The red dragon! He is not very found of having potential thiefs in his land... ^^ Poor magpie...Not completly done yet, obviously I need to draw a background... And some detailing is still waiting to be done. I just want to know what you think about it!

The background is sloppy, I know, but... yeah... Need more practice. ^^' But the contest was about the dragons design, ne?

heh, yeah bg's were horrible for me for the longest time too...i guess it just takes looking at and analyzing other people's use of them, photos, real-life scenery, etc...
they're tough.
and i guess you're reason for it makes sense; still maybe even blur it a bit...? sorry to be picky, jus seems like the sketchyness takes away from the dragon a bit too much :\
