alright, here's my critique:
(im not a professional artist, so this might be weird and confusing. so, sorry about that. 
everything is beautifully done in this. i love the scales and the position you chose. the only thing i would recommend is that the lines should be a tiny bit darker and the shading could use a little work. im confused about the back right leg's position. is it bending the wrong way? i don't know.
but this drawing is amazing and i love the colors and horns. good job, and keep up the good work!

Critique, I'd have to say I'm very impressed. I absolutely love the scale work that's been done here. There's a lot of variation in line as well. My recommendation would be that some area of interest could have darker outlines to indicate shadow, such as areas between the teeth, the upper eyelid, jawline, base of the horns, etc. All and all very nice job! Keep up the good work!

This is Otreus I think his colors would fit a hue challenge very well considering certain areas are covered in gold.

Love the colours and skin textures. Having the eyes that grey colour with all that red really makes them pop without having them take over the whole page, and it's very cool how your eyes make them look a little green.
Composition-wise, it's a little confusing once you get off the head. I think I'm looking at a back leg, and part of both front legs but...I can't really tell? Especially with the way the line of the back is running, I'd expect it to look a little more like this: sta.sh/01kbmsquhmdv
But that head is beautifully done on both the perspective and the way the scales blend upward a bit into the spikes.
