I remember way back in the day...in the first issue of G-fan.....they had put all the Gamera monsters fighting against Godzilla monsters. At least....the Showa Gamera stuff. And I remember I could never keep straight on the spelling of these two guys. Couldn't remember who used the "A" and who used the "U".
I think some of the matchups that they had drawn were Anguirus vs Guiron, Viras vs King Ghidorah, Rodan vs Gyaos, Baragon vs Barugon, Godzilla vs Gamera, Jiger vs Gigan, and I am pretty sure it was Ebirah vs Zigra.

I imagine you'd have to scale Gamera and his foe to fit better with Godzilla and his. Otherwise they're really in for it!
It would be neat to see how the more modern interpretations and enemies would do. Gamera had some great movies in the 90's. Turning Gyaos into a swarm of creatures was a neat touch. Also seeing any of Godzilla's foes fight Legion would be cool!
Also, has Anguirus ever one a fight? He might lose just because it's impossible for him not to.

Barugon totally thought he'd hit it big, but ended up getting a low-end job when his big chance flopped. Baragon's always been fine with more modest work and is alright not being one of the big names in lights.

Barugon needs another chance, if nothing else, there needs to be more Gamera movies!

I really like how they new ones turned Gyaos from a single foe to a species that would swarm.

Gyaos is so versatile and good.
Also minor trivia- the first two women suit actors played Gyaos in the Heisei Gamera series and Baragon in Godzilla GMK!

Seeing the clip of the actress making her own 'roar' sound in the Baragon suit made me fall in love with Baragon, and is why I did this pic in the first place. 8)
