Hersy, because... ahh! I like, never draw her! D:
Last night I was scanning and organizing a few (actually, like 100) sketches to do a sketch dump (just in one deviation though. I am not going to spam you guys. XD)
And, well... there was so much that would be so easy to finish, and so many drawings I really like but had totally forgotten about!
This sketch of Hersy was one of them, I coloured it today. c:
It was kind of inspiring to see all those potential finished pieces, dare I say. I might try to finish another before the week's craziness begins once more.
Does the oval look weird? I just couldn't get her hair to work out with transparency. Unsurprising considering how light it is. 8B

I honestly like the simple background as it shows just who Hersy really is. She might look a little depressed but she is still such a cute character X3

I'm very glad you like the simple background, because I do feel as well that the blank, restricted feel is rather suiting to Hersy. ...I just had the rather random thought that a portrait with a background of white fading to grey wouldn't be a bad idea for a ref image. *makes mental note*
I'm glad she has that appearance, too. c: She's supposed to have the look of someone who, uh, cared rather too much about her appearance at some point in the recent past.

I do agree. Hersy seems to be one of those characters that can fade into the background but when push comes to shove she can show her true colors. But that's just how her character stricts me, I could be wrong. But from what you have said, I think I might be right x3 Also nice mental note. c:
Ah now she makes sense. I can understand though, as there are some girls (characters and humans alike) that take too much time into trying to care how they look to everyone else, over how they should look just to them. She is a well designed character I must say. c:
