Heavy Metal magazine got me really into Sci Fi years ago...  The magazine was like the Hustler of Sci Fi before political correctness set in like it has today alas...  But it was a no holds barred with sex, drugs, and anything goes to it..  I think the writers and sketchers who helped make me what I am today as a result of their efforts which so impressed a young boy with a fertile imagination.

Edit;  And Omni magazine must be given due credit as well.. But it was of a much more tame theme that tried to delve into UFOs, Aliens, and Artwork that was truly unworldly.

Yeah, that's the potential that a better render engine with a better lighting design will give a Render Artist.  So after waiting fruitlessly for Smith Micro to answer DAZ's advances I finally decided just to throw in the towel and learn it.  I'm happy that I'm doing that now.

I try to do that with my pics as well, but I can't come up with good stories for all of them.

BTW, will we see more of these two in the future? They have potential.

I agree with you on their potential so the answer is yes!

With practice, your stories get better and better so just keep writing something even if you think it's a waist of time.

I'm sure running like that wears him out quickly.  He'd best shuck his pride to the side ASAP or he's just going to be tired all of the time.

Yes, DAZ allows your backgrounds to shine so now I'll be able to add that into the mix.

I'll definitely keep that in mind in the future.   The Iray skin textures are very good and suitable for such things.

Heh, I meant woot as in yay. I think I'm English and maybe part extraterrestrial perhaps lol. I'm always excited for your renders I appreciate them all, I secretly hope for the occasional render with the focus on the shrunken man. Its impressive what you do, and I wish that I had the skills to make renders myself. But no matter I gladly enjoy the art you and others put out, Specially when they are friendly people like yourself.

Well, if you could be more specific on the focus of a shrunken man that you are talking about I'd take it into consideration..  You could PM me those detailed thoughts if you wish.

And... It's always heart warming to meet another soul who is from another star system like myself. Did you know that there's actually a test that you can take that determines if you are from this planet or not?  Well, I took that test and passed with high honors.

I give that credit to my tutor.. He's a computer guru from Sought East Asia.  And a hell of a nice guy to boot!  Like I told people over at the DAZ commons who seemed rather stuck in their ways..   "Why spend six months of frustration to get where one month of good training will result?     

I've found out that there are a lot of things that DAZ makes harder than it should be. ..   But then again, if they copied Poser completely then they'd never get out of the courts I suspect so hence you have to make a lot of extra steps with it that get annoying when you've been spoiled by Poser.

Having said, that.. The future is DAZ, so I'd best stop bitching and complaining and get with the program if I wish to have any sort of good lighting or relevance. He, he.

Thanks a lot Peter... This one is somewhat straight forward from a lot of my other stuff but I'm sure they'll steadily get more complex with the coming weeks.
