Personality:

Clementia is polite and outgoing to those she meets, even to those who seem unfriendly. She won't treat anyone with prejudice, especially if they are in need of aid. She can be easily frightened, but she usually doesn't let it stop her from being kind. This can leave her too vulnerable and she could get hurt, emotional or physically. However, she is forgiving and rarely holds a grudge. When she isn't occupied, her mind tends to wander off, causing her to be distracted and even forgetful. Overall, Clementia is a cheerful and gentle woman, wanting to help as much as she can and be one of the friendly faces in this harsh world.

History:

In a small, far-off village long ago, was where Clementia grew up in. It didn't have much to offer and has its limitations, but it was just enough to develop a functioning community. The young Dratini spent most of her days alongside her mother or playing with her closest friend. In her late teens, Clementia evolved into a beautiful Dragonair, gaining attention of many young men. However, she already decided on her dearest friend, who felt the same. The two became engaged and married, leaving the dragoness excited on starting the new chapter in her life...Until one night.

While her husband and a few other hunters went out on a hunt. The village was ambushed by a pack of mutant ferals. They were ravenous, destroying and hunting down anything they see. Clementia barely managed to fight off a feral in order to escape out of the village and into the woods. Unfortunately, she was being chased by ferals and she reached a river with violent waters. Having no choice, she braced herself and jumped into the water, letting herself be swept away. The waters were too rough and her head collided against a rock, knocking her unconscious.

She washed up at the end of the river, far from her village. Her horn was snapped in half and had a gash on the side of her head from the impact. But still alive. Luckily, she was founded by a group of brothers who were hunting near the river and took her to their town where their mother patched her up. She woke up, no clue where she was, or where she should be... Clementia had amnesia.

She can only recall her name and small bits from her early life, but not enough to remember where she came from. Seeing how distressed and hopeless Clementia felt, the mother of the brothers adopted her into the family. She was called Mother Gallo, and she was the town's head doctor. Clementia was taught how to tend to the injured and the sick alongside the other nurses that were working with Mother Gallo. The town however wasn't too happy about an outsider living among them. Saying she was putting up an act or might lead bandits to them. Her four brothers protected her from unfriendly townsfolk and her mother would scared them off, so she was safe from any harm. Years went by, mother Gallo was getting too old and her time to go came, leaving Clementia with just her brothers. Clementia felt more tension from those who still don't welcome her presence. Not wanting to be a burden to her brothers anymore, she convinced them to help her find a new home. Together they traveled far until they found a group of explorers from a place called Home that agreed to take Clementia with them. She exchanged tearful goodbyes and thanked her brothers before heading on her way.

Moveset:

Agility - The user relaxes and lightens its body to move faster. It sharply boosts the Speed stat.
Aqua Tail - The user attacks by swinging its tail as if it were a vicious wave in a raging storm.
Thunder Wave - A weak electric charge is launched at the target. It causes paralysis if it hits.
Safeguard - The user creates a protective field that prevents status problems for five turns.
Protect - It enables the user to evade all attacks. Its chance of failing rises if it is used in succession.
Ice Beam - The target is struck with an icy-cold beam of energy. It may also freeze the target solid.
Water Pulse - The user attacks the target with a pulsing blast of water. It may also confuse the target.
Dragon Tail- The user knocks away the target and drags out another Pokémon in its party.
Light Screen - A wondrous wall of light is put up to suppress damage from special attacks for five turns.
Thunderbolt - A strong electric blast is loosed at the target. It may also leave the target with paralysis.
Dragon Dance - The user vigorously performs a mystic, powerful dance that boosts its Attack and Speed stats.
Blizzard - A howling blizzard is summoned to strike the opposing team. It may also freeze them solid.

Extras/Fun facts:
- She has a large scar on the side of her forehead due to the collision on the head from the rock. But her bangs tend to cover it.
- She enjoys stargazing.
- She plays the tambourine. Usually dances while playing it.
- Very ticklish.
- Loves braiding her hair and actually takes the time to brush it.
- She would randomly wander around when bored.
- Doesn't agree with violence to resolve issues, only if very necessary.
- When scared, she would wrap her tail around her legs.
- In her adoptive family, Mother Gallo was a Purugly and her four brothers were Luxios and Luxrays.
- It still bothers and upsets her that she can't remember her past life. Wondering how it was and what happened.
- Her wing ears actually move a bit, when she is happy or excited they would perk up a bit.
- She always carries around a small first aid kit.
