Living on a island with some dangerous wildlife made this pup be able to handle herself quite well. Rita is courageous, confident in her abilities and strengths. She won't back down so easily from whoever she is up against. However, cause of this she can be too cocky. In a fight or just a plain dumb argument, she stands up strong for herself and also for others. But don't let those sharp teeth scare you, Rita is a pretty friendly and outgoing gal! Nothing wrong with wanting to have a good time and some laughs. She is most of the time relaxed and easy to approach. As long as you don't upset her, she could get rowdy quick and slow to back down. Usually just outright rude and obnoxious folks who don't have much reason to be can annoy her. She could also get envious of others, which shows a bit of some insecure feelings. Other than that, Rita is a feisty young lady with a bark and bite.

◗History:
Somewhere in the vast ocean is a island and in that floating piece of land is a growing town near the sea side. That is where the youngest child of the Torres family is born. Rita was a small and weak looking Eevee along with strange features. Her fur was dark and short, lacking that fluffy neck and large soft tail and eventually grew terrifying sharp teeth. Compare to her other sisters, who kept their desirable fluff and adorableness, Rita was the out of place black sheep. Her parents were eeveelutions, but with her father being a Umbreon, his dark typing managed to get to Rita early on.

Rita didn't mind her mutation, she was happy with herself. The Eevee was energetic, spending most of her time outside going on small adventures. Even brought home small fereals to show her squeamish sisters. However, she started to notice many giving her sisters more loving attention. Rita's sisters didn't make it easy on her too as they love to mention and brag about it. The young pup grown envious... Years went by, Rita was in her teenage years when her parents gave her the stone of her choice, the water stone. After evolving to a Vaporeon, she was quick to try out her new form, exploring under the waves and testing out her new moves. She was happy with her choice.

As a adult, her sisters already began to settle down, but Rita wanted to see what life as to offer. She got a place of her own and got work with the town's fishing crew. They were unsure of her due to her small size, but Rita was able to prove to them her strength soon enough. She was taught the ropes of catching and handling the fish along with a few basic boat management. But the waters around their island do hold some dangerous creatures. She trained with the crew enough to be able to help handle and fight off any large ferals wanting to get to their catches of the day or just out of aggressiveness. Rita worked hard, but still enjoyed the thrilling time she had with the job.

One cloudy and rainy day, they weren't having much luck with catches, as if almost all the fishes were scared off... Suddenly, something rocked the entire boat. It revealed itself to be a mutated Gyarados attacked the boat mercilessly. Rita and the boat crew did all they could, but they were overpowered and last thing Rita could remember was a fired Hyper Beam at the boat before blacking out. The Vaporeon woke up on a broken piece of the boat, surrounded by several other pieces and sea for miles. There was no signs of her being near her island so she was lost at sea. Alone. Once she collected herself, she went to work on using the remains of the boat to make a decent raft with a sail. Must have been around a few months she sailed on her own. Encountering storms, feisty ferals, greedy Wingulls, and a lot of loneliness. But one nasty storm and a huge wave later, an exhausted Rita and her damaged raft washed up finally on land. The poor girl was later found and taken to a near by place called Home.

- Her tail is based on the Thresher shark's tail, which they also kill their prey is by smacking them with their tail!
- Rita likes to fight with her tail.
- Her teeth can fall out, especially after a good strong crunch. But they can grow back after a week or two so it's no big deal when she loses one.
- Knows how to make some decent sea food dishes.
- The teeth on her necklace are from ferals she had fought against. It's like a small trophy for winning.
- Chews on bones a lot, a habit that help keep her jaw and teeth strong.
- Fast swimmer.
- Uses a fishing pole if she wants to take it easy, but if she needs fish fast, a quick swim and a net does the trick too.
