Description originally owned by the United State Pacific Fleet, transferred to Offshore Patrol(Philippines), they formed the formidable flotilla of the commonwealth. Thirty-five(35) PT-103 are used by the Unit, spread into seven(7) squadron(armed with 5 PT boat), the Torpedo Boat Squadron One that are stationed in Sangley Point are captured by the japanese in 1941, which destroy the government naval power in the north.

the remaining squadron in southern part of the philippines, transfer its of command to the United State Navy, which create another flotilla, The "Pacific Naval Support Group" or known as the "Philippine Naval Resistances", 17 unit's are used to counter larger naval vessel of the Imperial Japan, in 1944, the largest offensive attack of the PNSG are the attack of Yamashiro, a battleship of the IJN, they successfully sunk the ship, destroyed by the PT-Boat of lieutenant: Narciso Manlapas, 31 yrs old sailor, but unfortunately, the PT-Boat are sunk in surigao hour after, reportedly, 13 PT-Boat are sunk from 1943 to 1944, which leave the PNSG four(4) 

After the war, the PNSG are deactivated for good, the remaining sailor of the unit are awarded, United State Navy left the Philippine with fifty-four(54) PT-Boat, which mostly are PT-103, Philippine Government put the fleet of PT-Boat on sell, but finding no customer, Philippine Navy just scrap the most of the vessel, in 1951, Philippine Navy put the remaining PT-Boat into service, twenty(20) units are recommissioned under the Philippine Navy Command, in support of the Philippine Patrol Force, they are deployed in mindanao and zambales, but after seven(7) years, they are deactivated.

in 1966, President Marcos are focusing in mindanao conflict, in support, marcos assign the current chief of naval intelligence Sir. Romulo Espaldon, are assigned to command the newly formed "Naval Mindanao Flotilla" which served as the main unit of the navy in mindanao from 1966 to 1981, in first year, they only operate RPS Ilo-ilo PS-32 and four(4)units of Submarine Chaser, even though the unit are well-equipped, the enemy are mostly seen in inshore water, which make the operation harder, because of that, Espaldon request directly on marcos to provide smaller vessel, fabian ver, a personal advisor of marcos, proposed the reactivation of sixteen(16) PT-103, also to make a great leap on philippine maritime business, he also proposed to upgrade this ship in local shipyard, Marcos personally like this idea, in 1967, Marcos ordered to Cavite Naval shipyard to upgrade these vessel. The upgrade are conversion from Torpedo boat to Attack Boat, all the torpedo tube are removed, same to the 50.cal, they are replaced by the 20mm Gun in front, and a 40mm Bofor Gun in the back-view, also adding some table and seat in ship, they also add a much better light for crew and compass in the operating area, they are named as "ELCO/CNS PA-103 Class"

they entered in service again in 1968, sir. Espaldon approved the ship, they are also used in tawi-tawi offensive in 1978, they are ordered by the commander to circled the island, an ultimatum on the MILF Leader, Nur Misuari, which at that time is currently wanted, they serve a decade long mission to the name, after that year, in 1981, year after the retirement of Sir. Espaldon, the unit are are moved to sangley point, which is the original base of the PT-Boat, they replaced the name of unit into "Naval Inshore Security Force", which serve as the checkpoint in naval bases in luzon and visayas, in 1986, Philippine Navy requested a replacement for this ship, but they are rejected because of the current political crisis in the Philippines, in 1993, the remaining eight(8) Unit are decommissioned in support to the navy modernization under Fidel Ramos    administration. they are replaced with ten(10) Conrado Yap Class patrol craft and twenty-two(22) Jose Andrada Class coastal patrol craft, some boat turned into museum vessel, while other are scrapped.
