The color banding in the shadows is due to JPEG compression.
The interior was done quickly just to have something in there for studio rendering.
It's time to move on to an new car I think...

Could I ask you what kind of clay (brand) you use to do these renderings. My brother in law is getting into similar car modeling, and I primarily work with high fire ceramics.

I'm not sure, but I think you are misunderstanding my description. This is a 3D model done using a program called 3D studio max. A "render" is basically a digital photo of the model. Sorry, it's not actually a physical model.

Yeah, the front does a bit...headlights look a bit porsche carerra gt, I'm sure there's some lambo in there as well. Steal from the best I guess.

actually, the material is the standard material with a grey a little lighter than the default grey. One blueish skylight, one yellowish/pink spotlight with blueish shadows. That's it.
