about the art:Cinderella is definitely not my favorite Disney Princess, but I despised the older picture I drew of her. If you've seen the scrapbook version of Cinderella that I made (I hope not), then you'll notice this one looks much more betta. At least she actually looks like Cinderella instead of Alice. P:
Again, this is her pre-Fairy Godmother ball gown (the one Anastasia and Drisella tear apart). And of course she must have the movie-accurate hair color.
I'm very pleased with this at the moment. I might start a series. But I might not. It depends on my schedule in the next few weeks, and of course if I get inspiration.

Are you able to draw the stepsisters ripping her dress? Or pulling of the bow or beads (as you do portraits).

I don't know! I personally prefer the darker, almost strawberry-blonde color myself.
I decided I should go with an unconventional outfit since everyone else draws her in the blue/white dress. I actually think I like it more than the blue one - mostly because her hair is down, and I like it like that more.

Oh yes. I think so too. I mean, yeah, that's the dress everyone thinks of. But her hair UP all the time, I mean, it kinda takes away from who she is, in my mind. Like, she IS fit to be a princess, but I dont think she would be into all that glam, ya know?

I get it. I'm pretty sure I agree too. After living with her Step-mother and -sisters, you'd think that because they were all obsessed about being glamorous that she'd want to be as different from that as possible... More of a 'natural beauty' style. XD

I ask every artist who's drawn a character from Disney Princess to draw Ariel, if they already haven't. That being said... I only ask the artists that do a damn good job and won't screw her up.
If I can have a more specific request.. can you NOT draw her as a mermaid or in the pink dress.. either blue dress or the wedding dress.. or the silver dress.. because there's not enough fanart of her in those lovely outfits.
And please don't part her hair on the wrong side. Sorry for being a bit picky.. but bad fanart of Ariel makes me cringe.
I'm not going to assume that you're going to do it.. do what you want with your time don't mind the requests of obsessive fans like me.

If I did Ariel, it would probably be either in the blue 'tour of the town' dress or the silvery one her dad makes for her. I agree about there not being enough of those.

I'll probably give it a try sometime. She's one of my favorite princesses. There's just no telling when I'll get a spurt of inspiration.
