Description
Fitting out of Titanic was completed in March 1912 and sea trials began on the 2nd of April.
On the 10th of April passengers began boarding at Southampton
On the 14th of April the liner struck an iceberg 50-100' high on the starboard side of the bow
Within 3 hours the ship had sunk with the loss of 1,503 lives

This piece captivates so much. The run up to a time where anything was possible, with a somber tone of hindsight, that something so unthinkable could happened. I want this on my wall. Truly magnificent.
