Decided to take a break from commissions for a while.This time it's Fievel! So, like... there is so much I freaking love about An American Tail. Especially as an adult. I loved the film as a kid, but as an adult there's so much more that I can appreciate about it. The historical touches, the grittiness. *sigh* It is a magnificent film. I wish Spielberg and Bluth would team up just once more. They are amazing together.
And I'm just gonna mention how much I love that Fievel is Jewish. How often do you see a Jewish animated character? Not very often. There's An American Tail, The Prince of Egypt, Rugrats, and...um... yeah. That's all that comes to mind right now. XD It's different, and I appreciate it so much.

I loved the Fievel movies when i was little, especially Fievel Goes West the slingshot shootout in that movie was the the most awesome thing ever when i was a kid lol! anyways great job you really put a great facial expression on Fievel that matches his personality well.Β

Oh, I love An American Tail too! And Fievel's my favorite character because he's so adorable and so innocent and he stays that way even with all the things he goes through in the movie. Going back to this, he looks so cute here! I love it, it's so beautiful. It looks like he's looking up at the sky and saying "Thank you" for getting back to his family. I love it, no lo supero...
