Wheeljack is an awesome character. I managed to get a lot of this translated, but the only numbers I could make out were 2, 4, and 7, which kinda stinks. I like Jack's notes on the twins, especially the first entry.

Aw, that's adorable. And really relatable.
I took the time to go through the text... while I'm missing some bits, I've gather something that has to do with energon, something being drunk, an anniversary gift, an earth tool, something about twins, buying something, specs, and maybe something to do with memory. Still got a laugh out of it! ....probably won't go through anything that's not in English anytime soon, though...

XD His reaction is kinda what the image is about. There's a story my sister and I have behind Percy's deletion of his personality, aside from Wyatt's answer of Percy doing it to make room for more data, and how that deletion affects his professional (and not so professional XD) relationship with Wheeljack, Red Alert, and the Twins. I have some of it in the image in the autobot font, and we have plans to actually put this on paper and draw it out, but she is rather busy with school and even though I have plenty of time on my unemployed hands, I can't draw/color nearly as well as she (I'mapainterI'mapainterI'mapainter @__@) and I find the mission quite daunting.
Hopefully we'll get it done one of these days, but I'd say if Perceptor caught him, Wheeljack would probably roll over in the chair and snore XD
