Description
Following my drawing of Cantuta here - - I decided to draw the other members of the Troupe de Monstreaux, a circus troupe of hybrid animals that Rose and friends come across when they go on holiday in Clear Coast, and they end up teaming up to put an end to the crime spree they uncover there.

I had a lot of fun with their designs, and hope you like them too.

From left to right we have:

Mangrove the Common Hippopotamus/ American Alligator hybrid - Rumoured to be the lost daughter of a famous hippo and alligator pair of travelling dancers that was passing through Clear Coast one day, Mangrove inherited both her surprising dexterity and strong skin from her parents, along with an interest in performing at the theater one day. Becoming an oddity for the strange miss mash of her abilities and appearance, Mangrove can be quick to temper with those who start insulting her or other any slightly perceived slight and can sometimes have issues with finding suitable amounts of meat to feed herself with due to her heritage involving a carnivore and a herbivore with a hearty appetite. Those facts combined with her scaled appearance has resulted in her being accused of murder on many occasions, even if she was acting hostile out of self defence.
In the Troupe, Mangrove is in charge of not only lifting up heavy props and parts, but also has an eye for interior decorations and had a flair for the dramatic.

Kava the Rhinelander Rabbit/Stoat hybrid-Named after a Pacific crop plant used in hypnotherapy which is alright in small amounts and is used to treat anxiety and stress, but can have pretty nasty side effects if used too much, Kava is a rather reserved and jumpy hypnotist whose claim to fame on the street is that he is said to use his abilities during his trances to aid others via hypnotherapy, relieve harmful habits and creating primitive mind machines. A weak bodied and desperate individual that agrees with Feldspar that sometimes desperate measures must be taken to protect his fellow performers and outcasts, Kava finds that he can sympathise with Rose's daughter Lavender. However, it is said that his mechanical know how has led to him being commissioned by some unknown individuals, and it can take a long time to gain his trust, as his own rabbit mother tried to suppress his stoat heritage, and he watched his father eat his mother in front of him at a young age - it is said he developed his hypnosis abilities to keep his abusive family at bay from him, which has led to him believing it is the solution to any and all problems.
Kava knows how to advertise the Troupe, and while Cantuta, more of a social and boisterous individual, is the one who frequents the streets promoting the Troupe, Kava keeps an eye out for ideas to make the posters and those who could be interested.

Feldspar the Oberhasli Goat/Mouflon Sheep hybrid - The head of the Troupe de Monstreaux, Feldspar is an elderly escape artist that has taken in his fellow performers after they were abandoned to try and find a better life for them than on the streets. While they are managing to make a humble living through their performances and they have their fans, friction from fellow criminal gangs on the streets, judging eyes of those around them and Feldspar's own dark past of being a former common street thug and pickpovket causes tension for him and his adoptive family of misfits. He has become known of something like a handyman in the criminal underworld - if you want someone to climb heights to get you something, Feldspar is the one to go to. Despite his age and stature, he can have quite a presence about him when on stage and in the flesh, but the Troupe refer to him as their true father. Nowadays they try to make an honest living, but Feldspar's criminal past often comes back to haunt him...

Allamanda the Frilled lizard/ Basilisk Lizard hybrid- Known for his abilities to run on water and for his great climbing ability, Allamanda gets an enjoyment out of playfully scaring others with his frills (that he often paints before an act), but he's usually a very solitary individual who only does this when he feels he needs to scare someone away, and can be rather eccentric. Taking daily swims in any body of water he can find (which can result in him running towards bath water or in worse cases sewage water), he enjoys running out in the rain and often stays close to the circus light bulbs for heat, which has led to him becoming skilled at both setting up the primitive electrics the Troupe needs and finding bodies of water.

Briar the Maltese Donkey/Clydesdale Horse Mule - The result of a scandal between a wealthy horse lady and their donkey butler who she took a shine to try and create a 'strong and powerful son', Briar was born with congenital amputation and blindness in one eye, which led to his birth mother abandoning him at the Clear Cove dockyard, which led to him being feared as a reclusive 'freak' that was responsible for carrying the heavy boxes onto the yard to be filled every night when the other workers were absent. With what money he received, he trained himself to make crude synthetic limbs for his missing leg, hoof, and eye, and warped shoulder, ears and chest.
Taking pity on Briar when he visited one day, Feldspar offered him a more substantial home. While he isn't the most intelligent in terms of book smarts, Briar's time in the dockyard, his synthetics and observing the business side of the dock workers allowed him a knowledge of machinery, and he is often the one who helps bring in any new contraptions or parts for Kava to work on. Outside of his work, he is a rather quiet mule who doesn't speak often, but he's rather gentle for his strength and can be described as 'the dependable older brother' of the Troupe, and a lot of his actions and expressions can speak louder than his actual voice.
