Here we are with the final character to be revealed in our cast: Penumbra!

Penumbra, or as she's better known by her small clutch of friends, Penny (or Pen), is the daughter of the reformed Lord Sombra and Princess Twilight Sparkle. Shy, anxious, and reserved, the youngest princess of Equestria is a secret romantic and craves adventure in her, what she believes, dull and provincial life. Despite her eagerness to make friends, Pen holds herself back more often than not, out of her self-confidence issues and timid nature. Underneath her quiet front, Penny's just your average teenage girl: in love with love and a little naive. Her parents adore her, and while she loves them both very much, Penumbra has always been closer to her father, Sombra. When she was born, he and Twilight were extremely concerned- would their daughter be born with Sombra's pre-reformed element of darkness? While she grew up, Sombra kept a close monitoring of his daughter's progress and abilities with magic, and to both Twilight and his relief, Penny grew up normally, with no visible maliciousness in her, internal or not. Either way, Sombra stayed close to her nearly constantly as she aged, resulting in their close relationship. While she's wary of the duties that come with being a royal, Penumbra tries her best to train herself to be a future princess for Equestria. Because of her shyness, and because many ponies her age are intimidated by her status (and admittedly, her family legacy on her father's part) to grow too close to her, Pen doesn't have many friends, aside from Yeti . Yeti's friendly and cheerful personality broke Penny's guard when she first met him, and they've stayed fast friends since. With Yeti, she's free to be herself, and Yeti supports her all the way- they have a very strong friendship.

Well, that's finally it for the Limboverse main cast! Hystericat and I are SO excited to finally get this started up officially, so keep you eye out for future Limboverse works between the both of us! We'll be posting some character dynamic pieces next, and amid that time, also kick off the plot with story related pieces. Stay tuned, everyone, and enjoy!
