Scene from titanic..i wanted to practice my pencil work...my scanner beat the cap out of it >_<
it looks really good in real life.

everyone says practice but i can also say what helped me was working on one section at a time grid style and trying to see just black and white and shapes and not the overall picture

Very niceley done my dear. Romance is always beatiful regardless of the muse it comes from. There are those of us guys out there who are still looking for a true romantic . Nice shading and attention to detail.

Wow! The detail on this is absolutely amazing. It looks photographic, in a way. Despite the scanner mangling it (oh, I can relate so deeply with that), it comes off in a very striking manner.

People can shove it if they say that everyone draws this scene. it's one of the most touching scenes. and you drew it perfectly. it's one of the most beautiful I've seen.
