WOW! Finished. Finally. Unless I think of some other tweaks to do.Concrit on this would be greatly appreciated. I'm still learning a lot about the way light and shadow fall on forms, and I think this is the first time I've tried to incorporate reflective light into a piece. Also, I'm still trying to settle on a style of drawing--one day hopefully I won't rely so much on references. Blah. Blah!

This is a great piece of work, I can't really flaw it drawing wise (although maybe Rose's proportions aren't quite right, I think her legs are a bit too long & wide in comparison to the rest of her) I love the style, the colours the way it's shaded, great choice of background too. I love their expressions and the way they're looking at each other.
I agree with someone's earlier comment about the lining of his coat. I do also think that if you wanted to capture a bit more of the characters in the image the Doctor would be smiling a bit more than he is - he's usually grinning when they're running - and he'd probably have grabbed her hand rather than her wrist (he loves holding her hand remember).
But overall it's great, really catches your eye with a great use of colour.

You have certain things in your drawings that I haven't seen any where else. So I think you definitely have your own style! And it's part of the process to change it a bit all the time. That's how you just keeps getting better, right! I like it anyways...

Well thank you! That means a lot. I do like to look around for inspiration, and pick and take things from other artists that I like, so I guess that means I'm trying for an amalgamation or soooomething ... that ends up being my own style.
I do wish I had more time to devote to it though, but full-time job + toddler + husband = not a lot of free time! That's why I add like ... one new deviation a year. D:

Isn't that how you grow as an artist? You gotta start some where, and lets face it, you are beyond starting!
No worries, sometimes you have time for drawing other times life take life demands your full attention. I'm sure that somewhere down the road you will get some time to draw more often again. Try to draw your child a bit. That could be a wonderful memory when he/she gets older! I mean, if you feel that you draw to seldom. Otherwise, do what feels right for you!

I don't know to draw so I can't tell anything constructive but I think you really got Doctor/Rose playful mood. I just can hear Doctor saying something like: "Come on! Quit slowpoking! You have to see this! It's brilliant!"
