Hehe finally finished the coloring! Aww it looks sooo good!I used a helpful tip from my mom's friend to use a piece of notebook paper while using watercolors to dry it faster and prevent the kinda wrinkleing that happened in the other one.

haha just inked it, I'm sooooo proud of it that i wanted to share it cuz I'ma half to go to bed here in a little bit cuz moms making me T_T ...but I will deff. get this colored tomarrow! Mhuhahaha!
Anyways This is WIP of art trade with I finally got what she wanted me to draw today and as soon as I knew I had this idea right away, had to draw it befor i'd lose it cuz i can have bad memory at times D:
But yes, this is her charrie in both canid and human form <3s so hot for a fantasy charrie...*cough* '>>
Tho I did have some ref. for some of the guys pose, cuz I'm rusty with humans, but as you can tell I can deff. drw guys better then girls, haha comes from when I was an anime girl adict drawing guy after guy for imagination...*coughs again* '>> lmao my mom was sitting right next to me the whole time, hehe she waited till i was done before she caved in and went to bed

Eclipsedwolf has created a piece here that catches your eye from the beginning. The pose is well done, I especially like the negative space that's left between the wolf and the human. It keeps the piece from feeling crowded and creates a nice flow as well.
The anatomy is solid as well. The only critique I have with that is that the human's knee, where his arm is resting, seems a little too big, but it's minor and doesn't really detract from the piece.
For the coloring, all I'd suggest is making the dark areas a little darker. That way more depth would be created.
I like the idea for the background but it seems a little harsh where it stops. I'd suggest either making it fade towards the human and wolf or away. That would encourage more eye movement. Or a different idea would be maybe to put shadows under the wolf and human to sort of ground them. As is, the background seems a little incomplete.
Overall, I feel as if Eclispedwolf really captured what was in their head and presented it to us in a well created piece of art. The few areas that could be improved don't take away from the art on first glance, and it's clear the effort the artist put into the piece.
