This is another part of my Amulet Heart cosplay (also made in the first week of the summer holidays)!

The bow is reinforced with wire so that it keeps its shape, and the neckpiece fastens with velcro. The ribbons that come out of the bow are not reinforced with wire, as it would be very impractical (not saying that it is practical to have ribbons hanging out of a giant bow around your neck) and I think it's nicer to keep them loose.

Some people ask me: "Why bother wasting all that time attatching wire to ribbon?", but I don't think it's a waste of time, because I think when you cosplay, sometimes the little details are what count. Basically if you're going to cosplay, do it properly, there's no such thing as: "That'll do", you should always try your best to make your costume look as accurate as possible.
