I exceeded my expectations here. I'd actually messed up first off; I'd forgotten to open a new layer for the line art. I'm glad I didn't just throw in the towel this time.
Here, Blaise remembers his promise to Elena, the promise that keeps him going for over a thousand years.

The eyes are more focused and direct in this one, but that's my opinion. They are all great though!

Probably not helping but I like the first one better (the one you posted on July 3rd) it had a feeling of cold and since you wrote, βsomeday I will find youβ it worked because heβs missing something, heβs missing color/ meaning. So it made since that he was cold and winter like + the contrast of the line to the white of the hair was mildly better along with blackness of the eye liner and the features on his face arenβt as sharp

personally, i think the color in his face seems to give a more hopeful feeling. I don't want him to be cold and winterlike... just a personal take

The newer version looks great! The details look fantastic especially on his hair and on the feathers. You've definitely improved. But honestly, I still like this version more. His skin tone here really suits the concept of the picture and he looks more masculine. I like his face as it is. If you're gonna do those improvements you did on the newer version to him (like how you blended the colors, the details, and even the background) he'll look even better! Weird huh (that i still like this one more).

I think so. I think it's the flush that kinda bothers me. 
But overall, it's very good.

i like the eyes better in this one and I also like the face, because it is very pale and looks better that way. However I love the hair in the newest version, especially the small strands that you put in, look great
