Didn't they make Percy Jackson movies too? At the mention of the series name I have slight memories of watching the Olimpions one, where he travels to Hell to find his mom or something? This was years ago. Same series movie adaptation?

Yep. Oh course the books are far better though.
There is another series as well, by the same author, its a continuationΒ of the series.
Its called Heros of Olympus, its got the same characters and a whole new plot, and some new main characters as well.
