I've been meaning to comment on this for a few days now and only have been able to drag myself to do it now.
First of all, I love nighttime scenes. I love the cooler colors of twilight and I have a strong adoration for stars, so this scene is incredibly beautiful to me. 
I love the brushes that you used too- it adds an almost 'crayon-like' touch to it and it totally works, what with the twins being the center piece of this submission~ It makes me think of a children's book illustration, so, of course, I am smitten.

The sheer joy plastered upon the twins' expressions makes my heart sing! Even if the overzealous aunt in me wants to scold them for bothering those staryu and playing by the water without a life-jacket or water wings. (Tomei! Get over there! They can stumble and be pulled in by the tide! ;-; )

But anyway- I adore their smiling faces. I love the strong relationship that they share- the sheer delight they seem to exhibit just being together and being mischievous children. They have such fun just doing what children do- and it is only exemplified when you have a constant partner in crime. 
Their poses, proportions, and the folds in their clothing are so accurate, too! I adore their interaction, the lax, fun-loving poses, and the chubby limbs! They are quite cute! My favorite thing in this particular piece- though I find everything exemplary- would have to be their little feet. You drew their feet so well! Oh my goodness. (But, I am biased- I do love baby toes~)

This captures the quiet mysticism that I adore with its nighttime sky and twinkling stars- but also includes the bright, smiling faces of Raccolto's favorite twins~
(Certainly their exuberance shines brighter than any twinkling star~)

The staryu! They are spurting everywhere!
...Oh wait that's just light... Right? ...Right?!

Edgar your hat is fabulous.
And yes, those poor Staryu! Hopefully Tomei saves them from pudgy hand grabbing and poking their shiny orbs!
Because I'm certain he knows how they feel~

Still, toddlers seem so much more manageable and adorable when they're these two. ;v;
