Hola! eso es un punto interesante. Es al revés, lo que pasa es que la pintura celeste y pelo rigido con lodo seco es una costumbre guerrera de una época muy anterior a la de W.Wallace, y en la pelicula Corazon Valiente intentan mostrar que Wallace recurria a sus tradiciones, pero lo correcto seria asociarlo con Cuchulain, oriundo de la epoca de La Tene y edad de hierro Celta.

This is about the best depiction of Chuchulain that I've seen. Even a lot of the classical paintings portrayed him as this very girly boy, which is really, REALLY hard to reconcile with the frankly raging uncontrollable force of manliness he's described as in certain of his myths.
THIS on the other hand. Ooo. Well done piece and good design!

Bueno dicho así suena como a que salió facil 
para nada, cuesta un montón de practica poder hacer algo que se vea bien en tamaño pequeño y que este hecho de trazos rapidos.
aunque depende del tema, si es un hada por ejemplo prefiero alfo mas delicado, mas sueves en las mezclas de gradientes, si es un personaje fuerte prefiero que el trazo
lo exprese, como si fuera pintura seca, saluds!

this reminds me that the movie Braveheart is inaccurate, the Scots, at the time of the rebellion depicted, had not been introduced to kilts. lol. ironically The Highlander is more historically accurate. but that is merely a non-sequetor since Cuchlain is of Irish origins. But excellent work dude!

I did a lot of research on Cu Chulainn after seeing this picture. There is a lot of information on him in Wikipedia. It would be great if you were to do the artwork for a comic book based on him.

You can always check out Slaine, which is where the artist got their inspiration from. The Biz artwork on the slaine stuff is just awesome even today. Story wise the Slaine series wanders in and around Celtic lore, and stitches together Cu Chulain and a bunch of other things.

Umm..no, perhaps the ARTIST could have used Googel Translate, whatever that is, instead of being disrespectful to other members and not translating. That's not up to the visitors or commenters. But never mind, what matters is the art and I think it's pretty good.
