Description I was going to do a "princess Peach" joke, but decided against it! As I was drawing, I kept wondering if I should perhaps give Peach a little less hair as she grew older, since her hair seems to be a challenge for all who draw her, myself included. But then one of my muses stepped up, not quite sure who, but I suspect the one who rubs her hands together while going "Eeeeeexcellent!" like Mr. Burns from Simpson. She said "Why not give her MORE hair instead?" So I did.

I like how her circlet turned out, it's perfect for her!

Oh my, wow. She looks grown up. I don't know why, but more hair = older. It looks like her hair is so long that it's not in two tails any more - or is that just me?

I've tried to draw her, and I do find her hair difficult. I think it's because the odango, the loops, and the tails are all crowded together there right beneath her ears. Do you have any tips on how to draw her and make it look right?

Thank you! She does have two tails, it's just that there is so much hair that when she stands still they almost grow together to one.

Hmm, yeah, the hair. Well, I don't know, I just usually start with the odango, add the loop right underneath, and then throw in the tails at last as a finish. Some day I'm going to have to take a deep look into how her hair really works, and draw her from behind or something.
