This one is just Aella flying around the sky, mainly did this as a practice for drawing clouds (only you don't really see them hahaha) and colouring, I like the more orangey skin colour I used witht his one, I was going for a lion-goldy colour, and I gave her lil lion ears and a tail ^________^ aww, kawaii.with each new day, Aella finds her powers growing, this scares her a little (for various reasons) however, there is one thing she never wants to give up- her ability to fly, to be free if only for a moment.
My favourite part of this is the contrast of her skin and her eyes... that was what I was going for when I started drawing her.
Well, I can't think of stuff to write coz I just finished watching American Psycho and it has destroyed my brain TT^TT That was one craaaaaaiiiiiiizy movie.

I really love the way you drew and colored this picture! She looks so free ^^. I love the colors and the way you used pink/purple tones in her skin, it really makes the whole picture flow together.

shes very lovely. the skin is quite a beutifull shade as well.
might i ask what program you used and what kind of,um tool i think it is? it looks like brushstrokes but slightly diffrent.

I use Painter 8 (it came with my olf tablet, and i LOVE it), the tool i used was the 'oils' tool, it's sweet as! I started using it for the clouds in a few of my other pics, then decided to use it on her skin ^^
it's really fun to experiment with different tools, and different colours in the skin or clothes (like purple and red in the skin).

You've done a really nice job with the face shape and the eyes really pop. I mean I really like the eyes. Also a mega plus is the curls you put on the tail fluffy...if I could squee...I would.
An clouds! I luff de clouds! They are head-candy for the angels which are my throughts as they fly through the skies of my head (pennyArcade...should send that one to you).
And your coloring style is improving wonderfully, I'll have to commission you one of these days.
