Another card from my Geomancy Oracle project. This card depicts the shield that is used to draw up a full geomantic divination. It is populated from right to left and top to bottom revealing the Arabic origins of the oracle, since that is also the direction in which Arabic is written.

The four tetragrams (also called mothers) in the top right corner are generated using the dot cards, then the subsequent tertragrams are generated from the mothers using specific rules until the entire shield is populated and a full reading can be made.
