(2017), 9"x4.25", silver-lined matte turquoise ab and silver-lined purple ab size 15 seed beads and lilac violet-lined, silver-lined lilac, silver-lined pink opal, silver-lined blue opal and transparent neon green lined size 11 seed beads worked in Ndebele stitch, closure bead, focal glass art bead, fireline.

This bracelet has a beautifully delicate and partly satinated focal bead in soft hues of violet, lilac and bright green. It's also accented with little flecks of dichroic glass, which show in the areas where the bead wasn't etched and it's lightly fumed with silver in some areas. I wanted to find a color scheme that would complement the focal without overwhelming it. I chose some darker and stronger hues for the narrower elements of the band to keep to the color scheme given by the focal bead but added some depth to avoid having the piece look washed out.
