(2006) 16" for the overall length of the necklace.Moretti glass (turquoise, russet, ivory, black, clear), pure silver foil, Bali silver beads and caps, aventurine beads, fireline, findings.
Some more of the art glass beads I worked on last Christmas and the end of the set. The title comes from the spot pattern on the flanking beads. I also like how the more random pattern on the focal bead turned out.
As you can see, I really love the turquoise glass, and I was so glad to find aventurine beads that match the hue so perfectly.

Thank you! I live near Dallas, so there are stores and classes available. I went to a store that I had originally checked out because of their stained glass supplies and took a basics class with them about three years ago. It taught how to build up beads, to make dots, raised dors, swirls, how to trap bubbles and how to encase beads. I did another class about two years ago that taught now to work with silver and gold foil. The rest I found out myself through working. I have a few of my things on [link] , but you can always note me about a specific item. I really hope you can pick beadmaking up as a hobby. I think it's very enjoyable!

I kept trying to make a picture out of the colors on the focal bead, it looked like a rendition of some pre-Raphaelite painting...I guess I am always looking for some order and meaning
