Description
As part of my recently started 'Skyrim Project', I made this horse to be the mount of my Skyrim character Skara,who will be recreated in 1:6 scale form along with all her armour and accessories. Hey, that's waaaaaay more than I ever get done in one session! O_O
It took me most of the day just to make one pair of trousers! XD
In a word, it isn't. XD My brain's now in sci-fi mode so it might be a while before I get back in the mood for fantasy stuff.

I took a look at the progress shots. I really like your choice on the coat of the horse. It gives her a nice curly/ terrain horse kind of look! Great work.
This inspires me to try making my Skyrim character and horse as well ^^

Thank you! I did toy with using a finer fur fabric but the ones in game seem to be in a permanent state of winter coat (although up in Winterhold etc. I don't blame them, lol) so I thought the extra fuzziness would come in handy. XD

Sure there may be bits you want to change, but for a first (?) attempt and a learning experience, she's epic! I love the picture of her rearing supported by shrubbery but my favourite has to be when she looked like a long-haired ox
And she looks like a Friesian, so how can I not love her?

I've never done anything like this, so I don't know if it would work - but could you use grey fur and trim it like you did for Inky then spot glue on white flock for the dapples?

I could but it would look terrible. XD The two textures would be completely different and stuff I would imagine.
I think what I'd do is to use white or a very light grey fur then use fabric pens or copic markers to draw on the dapples. That way it'd still be all lovely and soft.

In the 1:6 scale Sindy stable that you are going to purchase from Ebay and customise to look like a Skyrim/Rohan style building (faux Viking)
