No this is not mythology, all of information stated are real historical facts. Here's the sources to all:

Artaxerxes II & Tiridates

"We also know of a eunuch named Tiridates, portrayed in a magnificent story told by Aelian in the course of a long digression on the fate of Aspasia, Cyrus the Younger's favorite companion, who switched to the camp of Artaxerxes II after the battle of Cunaxa:
Some time later the eunuch Tiridates died. He had been the most handsome and attractive man in Asia. He ended his days still a youth, emerging from childhood, and the king was said to be greatly in love with him. As a result he lamented bitterly and was in great distress; there was public mourning throughout Asia as a gesture to the king from all his subjects. No one dared to approach or console him. ... When three days had passed, Aspasia put on mourning and, as when the king departed to the baths stood weeping, her gaze fixed on the ground.. .. The Persian was greatly encouraged by her sympathy and asked her to go to the bedroom and wait for him, which she did. When he came back he put the eunuch's cloak over Aspasia's black dress. Somehow the young man's clothing suited her, and her beauty struck her lover even more powerfully. Once overcome by this sight, he asked her to visit him in this attire until the severity of his grief waned. Al-amin & Kauthar

"Al-Amin (reigned 193-8/809-13), however, was in love with his servant Kawthar. To the people who blamed him for occupying himself with Kawthar rather than with caliphal affairs, he responded in verse:
What seek the people of a lover
Afflicted for one he loves?
Kauthar is my faith and my worldly fortune,
Both my sickness and my physician;
The most despicable of men is he who reproveth
A lover on account of his beloved.'(al Suyuti, Tarikh al-khulafa, pp. 304-305)(read more: The Raven and the Falcon: Youth versus Old Age in Medieval Arabic LiteratureBy Hasan Shuraydi)

Alauddin & Malik Kafur

"Alauddin Khalji appointed Malik Kafur deputy ruler (Malik Nail)). Describing the last years of Alauddin's life, Barani says:
"In those four or five years when the Sultan was losing his memory and his senses, he had fallen deeply and madly in love with the Malik Naib. He had entrusted the responsibility of the government and the control of the servants to this useless ungrateful, ingratiate, sodomite."(Same-Sex Love in India: Readings in Indian Literatureedited by R. Vanita, S. Kidwai)

"Kafur had entered the royal service in 1298, the second year of Alauddin's reign, and had risen rapidly in official position, mainly because of his proven ability as military commander and wise counsellor—the sultan, according to Isami, favoured Kafur because 'his counsel had always proved appropriate and fit for the occasion.' Besides, Alauddin, according to Barani, 'was infatuated with Malik Kafur, and made him the commander of his army and vizier. He distinguished him above all his other helpers and friends, and this eunuch and minion held the chief place in his regards.' And in the closing days of the sultan's reign, he became the virtual ruler of the empire. Kafur 'did not allow anyone to see the emperor, and he himself began to . . . administer the realm,' states Isami. Barani is severely critical of Kafur, but his excoriations are not quite credible, for he was deeply prejudiced against Malik Kafur, whom he invariably described as a 'wicked fellow,' presumably because he was not a Turk but an Islamized Hindu and a eunuch."

Mehmed II & Radu III

"Spending this winter in his palace, Emperor summoned Vlad the son of Dracula, the king of Dacia (Wallachia - modern day Romania);
and he had his younger brother, who was his favorite, and lived and dwelt with him. And it so happened at that time, when he came
to power and had to war with Caramania, the Emperor, wanting to start a relationship with this boy, he almost died from his hands. For
the other was a beautiful boy, Emperor called him to feasts (meetings or visits) and, passionately offering him a cup, invited him to
the bedchamber. And the boy, not expecting anything like that from the Emperor, as the other rushed to him for such a thing! He
resisted him and did not succumb to the king’s desire. And he (Mehmed) kissed the boy against his will, and the boy pulling out the
dagger, struck his thigh and immediately fled to where he could. He climbed a tree somewhere nearby and hid there. After that the
Emperor gathered (his army) and left, the youth then descended from the tree and stepped onto the road, soon after that he came to
the Gate (palace) and became the Emperor’s beloved. But he (Mehmed) had the custom no less than those who lead the same way of
life as he; because he is always with them (boys) and spends day and night with people like him (like Radu). These foreigners (turks)
believe that Emperor did not use this much, but very little (that way of living). To Vlad, the brother of this boy, Emperor entrusted
the kingdom of Dacia; and with the help of Emperor, Vlad the son of Dracula, invaded and seized the reign (of Wallachia)."My translation from original greek : Laonikos Chalkokondyles. Historiarum Libri X (this book's translation in Latin )

Ivan IV & Fyodor

Most of information is in Russian sources, I doubt you understand something, so I'll just mainly list the sources cause I did not translate all the citations fully and in addition don't have time to find the other's translations. Anyway here we go:

1) "Fyodor the lover of the king..." said Andrey Mikhailovich Kurbsky (1528–1583) - (Повесть о Великом князе Московском, Глава VII О казнях бояр и дворян)

2) “He reproached him with the dishonesty (shame, that is sexual relatinships) act that he usually commited with the tyrant (Ivan). That is, the tyrant used the love of this Fyodor, and he (Fyodor) usually dragged everyone under the anger of the tyrant". (Albert Schlichting; died after 1570 (Nova ex Moscovia per nobilem Albertum Schlichtino; allata de Principis Iwani vita et tyrannide, 1570)

3) "His son (Fyodor) who commited debauchery with the Great Prince (Ivan IV)" in original german "pflegte Unzucht mitzutreiben" -Unzucht meant fornication and also included homosexuality. Quote by Heinrich von Staden (died after 1570) adventurer in Muscovy who wrote his accounts at the court of Ivan IV (Ivan the Terrible) from 1578-1582. (in original german: Moscowiter Land und Regierung Beschriben durch Henrichen von Staden)

4) "The Grand Prince (Ivan IV) was patronizing a young man named Fyodor, the son of a nobleman, Basmanov, with whom, contrary to the nature (sinful to say!), he sommited sodomy!" Quote by Alexander Guagnini (1538-1614) was a Polish writer and contemporary of Ivan IV in his work  in latin "Sarmatiae Europeae descriptio" (see chapter V "about the tyranny of Prince of Muscovia Ioann Vasilevich")

That's a lot of research. I'm impressed. You probably would've made a much better college research paper than I would.
