Name: Nesrin- Persian for Wild Rose.

Age: 19 years of age.

Likes: Sweet pastries, most fruits, moonlight, traveling, climbing, his pet cat Adabella, his two younger siblings, flirting, working, and sparring.

Dislikes: Sour fruits, aggravating people, having his ears touched (his ears are one of his weaknesses), murderers, visible scars, and singing.

Personality: Nesrin is lively, constantly moving and doing something or another. He's extremely kind, though a bit teasing at times, and gets along well with most people. Even though he's a tad bit childish, Nesrin loves playing the big brother role and he finds himself constantly going out of his way to help people out and watch over them. Nesrin doesn't like to discriminate between races and is truly accepting of others, no matter who they are or what they've done. He can be prideful, at times, bragging about his good looks and his beautiful (pink) gems but that doesn't mean he leaves other people's beauties unnoticed. Some people are even unnerved by the random compliments he spouts out to his friends. To sum it all up, most people call him a "natural idiot".

History: Nesrin's parents, his mother a linguist and father a scholar, moved from Auraetheus to Aeoxgrya when Nesrin was three in order to study the old language and customs of the Galinik people. Nesrin was a month into his sixth year the day he and his parents were chased by gem hunters. The hunters had brutally slaughtered his parents, in front of Nesrin's eyes, for their feathers and gems. Nesrin, terrified like none other, tried to escape the hunter's clutches as his father had instructed him to do with his last, dieing breath. Nesrin's gems and feathers were slowly plucked from their place each time Nesrin was captured until he could finally escape far enough to meet with a pair of Galinik parents and their son, begging for them to help him. The hunters were chased off by the two kind Galiniks who took Nesrin into their home, caring for him like he was their own son. Despite the trauma of Nesrin's childhood and despite the hard looks that most of the Galinik people give him, Nesrin lives and travels, wishing to continue learning and growing for the short life he has left. From the loss of three gems Nesrin is now blind in one eye and his lifespan has been shortened considerably. He tries to live life to the fullest with the days he has.
