GAVE MY BABY A REDESIGN <3<3<3<3<3because he needs to be not shirtless
even if now he still kinda are 
;this is also a painting practice! since I cant.... but turns out to be lineartish as well TAT OH WELL
changes from the old design were
-now he has both eyes open
-tattoo change
-hairstyle change
-fur is not a jaguar fur anymore, just white
-his harpy eagle is now fatter LOL/shot (the eagle's name is Sain, btw)
also, FYI the wight side of his face doesnt have a tattoo, but has 3 scars running across hus eye 8D
AND THE HAIR ON THE BACK OF HIS NECK IS ACTUALLY WHITE FLUFF FEATHERS 8D

I... actually dont know what oc is he, he's from no fandom, more like my imaginary friend, he has a story at the time when I has a bajillion of OCs (good times)
but in short, the world's been wiped out by a disaster, causing the people to start from nil again, except for 2 parts of the world that is japan and parts surrounding NYC (bcs they have technology etc to prevent it) and those 2 places become the high end place with faaaar technological advancement compared to the rest of the world. and there is military story behind that but's another story LOL, (can actually write an essay about this)
sol here is a member of the neo- Aztecan civilization, from the eagle tribe
maybe I should redesign all my OCs xD, there is like...10 or so
