THIS IS MY OCCCCCC <3<3<3*rolls* originally I want this for my new nonexistent DA id, but decided to make it a complete illust at the end

headgear is inspired from google but I modified it myself, putting his pet harpy eagle, sain as it's base, thus the feathers :0
as for the underwater... I DONT KNOW LOL 8DD

Nicely rendered scene, the under water interference provided to the character is a pleasure to behold. There's even a reflection at the surface of the water, that is good added detail! A detail I'm sure not many would have thought to add in to the point you did. The concept of a sea harpy, so far to my knowledge is some thing I've never seen or heard of before. It's always great to see a myth gain new dimension. The colors are nice and they work. But I feel the scene could have also used darker tones. I'd like to see variations upon this outside pastel. there isnt really a myth about sea harpy, but the concept of my OC was the Aztec culture and harpy eagles ^^, as for the sea... I.. just like drawing things underwater because everything can be floaty xDD
