Description
The epibatoi are the marines of the Empyraen army as they first existed as specialised naval guards and soldiers. Today the have become more flexible and mobile; using the close-fighting and hard-hitting skills they learned from defending ships from boarders to become an elite strike force.

The epibatoi will drop onto the objective and strike fast and hard, extracting and moving to the next one once their objective is taken and held by regular hoplites.

Under the aggressive leadership of Sgt. Gwydion, they have also become highly effective tunnel fighters. The underground system beneath Lùndùn is now their uncontested territory.
