Name: Preston (Prez)

Sexuality: he doesn't want to tell you. but it's not hetero.
Appearance: green eyes, medium-tan skin, naturally pale blonde hair (on the back where it's shaved he dyed it black-see the small box picture), slender/short for his age, enjoys comfy feminine clothing without being too...girly he hopes
Personality: Preston is a usually nice guy who's very honest and open about his feelings and opinions. This doesn't mean he's rude, just that he essentially wears his heart on his sleeve. He has a close bond with his Charmander (Nevada) and the two of them often can be found cooking together. He enjoys cooking for both people and Pokemon, and while he will happily cook for any Pokemon, he only cooks for people that he considers friends (because he's shy about it). He's happy to reach out to people and make friends and help however he can, but he's only human and he often has minor freakouts over tiny bumps in relationships.

-he likes to live each day to the fullest (carpe diem)
-he enjoys learning and spouting out random facts
-his favorite type is Normal because of how easily underestimated it is yet how often it has such hidden potential (he's also really big on dual types)
-his hobbies include reading, cooking, and anything involving nature (nerdy chef hiker)
-his favorite legendaries are Latios, Latias, and Rayquaza
-he dislikes people who talk down to him
-he has to rip those perforated things off of notebook paper before he can use it (they bug him)
-he hates endings that are 'to be continued' (he can't handle suspense-take him to a horror/suspense movie and he'll be flipping out)
-he likes sweets and MEAT (he's a big meat eater haha)
-his favorite colors are the yellows-greens

Nevada Charmander, male, STARTER
usually wears a green bandanna that Prez gave him, a big snuggly bunny who often rides in Prez's shirt or backpack or jacket, loves to be near his trainer and would do anything for him, very intelligent and has been with Prez since he was an egg

Tobi Sentret (SHINY), male, caught during a Sunday Freebie Event
while Preston was trying to enjoy all the lovely Normal Pokemon frolicking about, handing out poke-food to the more outgoing ones, he was constantly followed by the ever food motivated Tobi (who was yet to be named Tobi), eventually Preston just held out some food and a Pokeball and Tobi hopped in willingly-guided by his stomach to become part of Prez's team

Maize Mawile, female, caught during a Sunday Freebie Event
Maize was a pretty spunky little girl, refusing Preston's food for hours as he attempted to lure her in the way he had Tobi. at first he had no intention of catching her, after all she wasn't really a Normal Type and he didn't really want to fight her...but when she stole Tobi's food he had to have Nevada battle her. To make a long story short, they won and Maize is now part of the team. She doesn't always get along with the boys, but she's grown to love them

Okay tried a whole new process for this, haven't drawn humans in forever, haven't done them digitally in I CAN NOT EVEN REMEMBER HOW LONG. Sketched him out in photoshop because that's my comfort zone, then went to sai with plans to line him. Instead I started like kinda using water/pen/brush all in strange combos to 'paint' him? Then I did fine lines over top to really define him. It took a really really long time. But for my first time doing this kind of thing I think it came out well. I hope that he's received well in the group <3
