Linoones are funny.....
On one of my games I abandoned my starter Pokemon (A Mudkip called Jelly bean; he's level 7 in the PC) and got myself a Zigzagoon; he's called Ziggy and he's level 62
I like dong that sometimes.... choose a completely random Pokemon and make THAT your 'starter'. on another game I have an Aggron instead of Treecko.

I never release them though, so they're always there if i want to train them later on in the game.
