♪♫ LIGHTS ARE ON, BUT YOUR MUM'S NOT HOME.♪♫Nothing to do with anything. But I like those music notes. And the song. Kinda
Zig here looks very suspicious.. she ain't buying it. But she's not prepared to call him out yet. She's gonna wait a bit. Actually, I'm relating myself a lot to Zig. She seems a bit like me. Let's see how Lox will kill me
I hope you haven't forgotten and are about to send me comments of disgust towards the happenings of this made in the next, because yes, once again, the characters are doing nothing. Waiting actually. When they could be busy killing each other off in the dark, I mean, they DO have special eye implants to see better.
THE ANSWER TO WHATEVER YOUR MESSAGE OF DISAPPOINTMENT IS: Neither of them are prepared to lash out at each other, because they both know that the whole of the planet is powered by own power source, meaning no satellite communication, meaning the Tallests wanting to watch their Live event, will be hoping there isn't chunks of flesh on the floor before the system is up and running again. Smart, I guess.
JUST WAIT FOR THE LIGHTS, PLEASE. I WILL DRAW COOL ACTION SCENES. PROMISE PROMISE.
Someone did a journal which listed the "songs" of BS characters.. well, if anything suited Lox, it'd be David Garret's rendition of "Smooth Criminal". [link]
I must thank ~PichuK for showing it to me in the first place, of course... this song, it kicks butt over and over. Not to mention, the sorta playfulness of it, I think it suits the character.
But really, he IS a smooth criminal.

Yeah, first comic I've ever made, I really didn't enter confidently. Thing is, I've never written anything for a competition either, nor am I much of a writer to begin with. I learned a lesson anyway.

I liked him near immediately. He's such a different character, not the usual themes at all and everything he does isn't overdone nor does it seem out of place (other than being unique). He's a well rounded character in my opinion and personally love his personality to death c:
I like your take on irkens having a non-aggresive past culture (not entirely maybe...but still, the theater was a nice touch). You have to wonder what it was like before they got into test-tube babies and planet dominations, but you know, I DIDN'T think about it until this comic <3

Haha XD Well, part of my plan with him for the story in BS is that he'll turn the stage into something he can actually perform with and entertain his audience... with someone trying to kill him at the same time, this can be some interesting plot twist. We'll have to see

I have one aggresive character so far, but he's not completely aggresive...he's a pain to explain, mostly he just DOES stuff :/

The theater really is a nice touch though. You seem to put more basic thought into things we take for granted. Most of us, if we think about their past at all, thing about them basically going from reproducing creatures to test-tube babies that want to dominate the universe, not all the things they may have done prior to that. You'd think we would, seeing how humans have gone through culture changes so often and we learn about it all the time in school. D:
I don't have any real invader characters :/ "invader" in my name means nothing. Em isn't an invader, she's a lazy scientist lounging about on Earth xD

This is my third account xDD
It was mostly named because it was started for that purpose, but I met some cool people on this one (I was rather...anti-social on old files xD ) and decided to keep it for everything. I with Dev.Art had a "change username" feature though, just in case. Oh well.
Yeah, I don't believe in the family thing either. And they can't really be related by brother/sister just because they're irken. They have different genetics, as you can see by their looks, and only share the irken gene which does NOT make them close brother/sister. It's like humans, we're all human but the guy next to me isn't my brother~
I only have ONE picture of Zee, it was a rough draft...I haven't updated as much as I'd want to since I'm scanner-less where I'm staying currently xD
And I haven't RPed it at all so yeah...WE'LL LEARN TOGETHER D:

But zig doesnt have a PAK system, though lox could fool the tallest into thinking she had been killed by using a Holo-Projector (which Dark Space Inc. could have given lox discretely) which could project a semi solid illusion of zigs body even making almost life like

That song "smooth criminal" is epic. I'm listening to it right now ^_^ And yeah, I can kind of see it applying to Lox in ways XD
Anyway, back to this page. First off, I noticed that you used that one picture with the decapitated SIR unit as one of the posters in the background. That made me giggle
The pink lighting is awesome in this. It really makes it look cool I think. And I like how you did that one panel of Lox's eyes just peering out of the dark. It looked really cool
I love Zig's "awkward...." kind of expression in that last panel. I do have to say that entire situation is a little awkward. Talking to a person you should just be killing is a little bit uncomfortable..

Oh hell yes XD I put that thing on reply sometimes.. kinda went and replaced it with music from an artist one of my friend's recommended me recently so not as obsessive as I used to. David Garret does a lot of other violin versions of known songs, like ACDC's Thunderstruck, for one

Always with the pink and purple with me XD Naw.. I'm all for colour machiness, and when I look at the BS pages from my Gallery Subfolder, it's cool to see that each of the Chapters are different colour schemed. I'm a colour nerd like that
