Description Just gonna submit this quick, I'm a busy bee once again ):
Round 2! Lox's opponent is *Cecilie013 's Zig

Zort is only smart in his area and that's his battle tactics. And shoutiness. Oh the shoutiness.

Here is the list of fails by Zort:
    1. Failing to remove the stolen Elite Beta Weaponry from Lox before sending him out to battle
    2. Ignorance in remembering to put a satellite locator on Lox
    3. Not reminding the Irken he hired to find Lox, that he needs to identify his locale once he finds him and shows him the video message from Zort (You'll see on the next page, he runs away).
    4. Having it slip from his mind that Lox is hasty little runner when he needs to be.
    5. He's not a fast runner himself.
    6. Forgetting to bring some loose monies.


Zort at least is good in his trade.

ANYWAY.
I had a look at Zig's ref quickly last night, and today came up with about 60% of my script for the comic. I'll have to get to work ASAP this time, and try not to be as much as perfectionist. Hopefully my script will be a bit better writ this time!

I hate the word "pant"

You wouldn't believe how excited I was to see this!

That first panel is EPIC! The panic-level in that is intense. It's always funny to see fangirls chasing characters. My sister and I do it all the time in rps. XD

Lox is just too cute in the second panel! I must admit that I did indeed give a girly sqeaul upon seeing it. The exclaimation point just tops it off and his expression alone rocks.

And of course I find it amusing that Zort is that close to him and has no idea. It's priceless. XD

The last panel feels a bit empty to me. but it does give the feeling of time gone by. I can't wait to see how this pans out. ^^

You're excited? Wow, seriously? I really thought I put a lot of people up with the ruined story of the last entry. I hope I won't disappoint any more people with this round though

Haha! Someone told me his face was a lot like the smiley. Interesting point.. I really like that panel a lot too!

The second panel.. ahaha, yes! He reminds me of some sort of strange insect there. Kinda dopey looking too XD

Ah, he really wasn't trained for watching over delinquents, but since he was the one who called him out, he was the closest guy around when the man-in-charge was organising Lox's demise P:

Yeah, I don't actually like this panel at all, but there is a rule I always try to follow because it's used in all successful comics (or that I could recall), and that is to include seeing the feet in every page.

Yeah. The last one really wasn't that bad story-wise. It had enough awesome pages to make up for it. And I'm already loving this one. ^^

I think I remember you saying that once. Anyway, I have heard of that rule. I try to do that as well. And if not, I'll make more of an effort on other things like expressions and poses. Too much repetition makes for a boring comic. Hehe, speaking of comics, I'm also done with page 1 of the mailman one. ^_^

Yep, pretty much I found when I was working on my panels, I got annoyed starting over, so I cheated and put some background Irkens in the distance that were full figured, feet and all, to save dilemams. Reptition isn't too good no, but it's used commonly in even the best of comics, but it should be used seldomly. I've already got in mind uses of repetition, because it helps make more room for words and panels, not to mention will save me a little time. I think I'll be going with a max of 8-9 pages this time, fingers crossed ^^:
Oh, I should check it out! Please remind me if you have anything you'd like me to see, I'm terribly slow with going through my hundreds of deviations so I take ages to come see things

That's true. It can't always be avoided, especially if one of the characters has a limited range of expressions and such. Good luck on staying in your goal page range.

I meant 'almost done' so forget what I said. XD Oh well, I assume it'll be done within a few days anyway. And sure, I'll tell you. ^^ But it's okay. I have another friend who always has hundreds of devs too and I end up showing her my stuff through IM. She likes to keep up to date on my pics. XD

Indeed it isn't! The poor guy doesn't want to sleep through it, so he's actually going to go for his next fight within the next couple of hours of trekking through the half-abandoned city.

Lul, Kenz' is totally reminding him how much monies Zort now owes her in the second panel XD Love the fact that you and Tazer's irken personifications are being rabid Lox fangirls (no offence XD).
Though the backgrounds aren't all that detailed, your use of brushstrokes still adds a bit of interest, which is good. I'm wondering what that poster in teh last panel is advertising though, it looks pretty cool.

None taken! XD My friend and I discussed sometime during the creation of the comic, about rabid IZ fangirls in general. I forgot how, but we eventually thought it'd be funny if we ourselves took up the fangirl role, and did it for Lox P:

No, not at all. I did the prelude quite hastily (except for page 2, that was a very cool page) because it wasn't exactly needed, I could just skip to the comic and just explained what happened between then and there.

That would be an old drawing of an OC I only leave as sketches and never had a heart to submit. He was the only battle-ready character I had and having the forever unfinished drawing be finally used at least gave it a place

I made a lot of mistakes on my recent pages. For example, I kept forgetting to draw on his healing-arm attatchment from what he wore in Page 1.
