Description
Here is one of the two titular heroines of my upcoming comic book seriesΒ Flea-Bitten Sisters.Tabitha MarnitaΒ is a kindhearted and book smart Nekojin (Cat Person) who's perhaps a little too beautiful (and buxom) for her own good which is also a complete contrast to her otherwise beloved sister, the gruff and tomboyish red-head Kate Marnita .
I digitally colored this sketch simply for reference material but decided to post it up and see what kind of reaction she might receive.
2019 UPDATE: Added additional paper texturing.

I wish I could say I was that cleaver when originally designing these two but no, just went with white-furred anthro-cat-gals with conflicting hair / mood colors.
Now that you mention it, I might go with that concept in the possible future even though I had a Jeff Bridges gag in mind come Halloween (Kate dressed up as The Dude from "The Big Lebowski" and Tabitha dressed up as Flynn from "Tron").

I've gotten the first five issues fully inked but not doing coloring and contemplating re-doing the lettering as well. However, it's more likely my other series, GLUE, will get more exposure this year between it's first two issues and a video project in the works. at the least, you'll be seeing Tabitha's sister Kate this month if not sooner.

The plan between me and my editor / letterer is to make 8-to-10 issues, either to show publishers that we're dead serious, or, if we're force to self-publish (*shiver*), have enough leeway and breathing room during ten issues.
I cannot go into detail, but within these ten issues, there's cat girls, ogres, killer ticks, tengus, cyclopes, giantesses, ghosts, leprechauns, hags, evil skeletons, harpies, dragons, bishop fishes, octomaids, vampires, and the obscure astomi!
