Description The color depth didn't show up well in the photo, but you get the idea. An attempt to represent an organic feel with abstract elements. As the title indicates, the initial idea was conjured during a series of visions while in a dxm induced meditation.

i really think you should make a series of paintings in this contex even though i first saw this over a year ago it still resonates a magnetic vibrancy within it

Do not have time. Must stay relatively sober to be productive. Creating a visual state in an alternate dimension and bringing it to life by creating a visual representation of such idea is very taxing on me psychologically. Perhaps in the future, as situation permits.

Your "uncoiling of the serpent" is also quite awe inspring. I look forward to seeing your future work.

I agree with this sentiment whole heartedly. I can't even hardly trip off of it anymore, but I am thankful for the personality shift and "broadening of horizons" so to speak that it provided me with. Seems to be a frequent happening in heavy abusers, dare I say it makes us more intelligent in ways.

oil. it took around 10 dxm sessions to complete it.

Very cool, I recall that spacial placement is extremely precise under DXM sessions, and all artwork done under such meditations always has a bit of familiarity to us, I feel that these ideas still carry on into my current work. Unfortunately my dex-partners and I found ourselves on the fourth plateau and climbing several years back, we were greeted by a not so benevolent force... long story short- we survived the attack and have now strictly adopted an anti-synthetic lifestyle, If you can't grow it, we don't let it near our brains (although that's easier to do on this side of everything) sadly I couldn't even have a couple of beers without returning to the darkness for a couple years, but over time and with some few flashbacks a couple years ago(after dexing of course) the darkness has retreated but I can look back now without fear, instead of constantly trying to put it out of my mind. My spirituality has increased in spite of those times, and marijuana probably played the largest part in my own recovery. But I wouldn't trade my experiences especially with my friends, for a life without the darkness and pain.

The strangest things give me flashbacks. I can drink a coke and boom! there's a 3 foot bug crawling on the floor in the corner of my eye clamping its jaws, flicking its antennae, tilting it's head and staring at me with irradescent multicolored beetle shell wings. They dissapear of course as soon as I turn to look at them.... but you can still FEEL that they are there. DXM creatures are sneaky little devils.

Seriously reminds me of the movie A Scanner Darkly. I had acquired 500 grams of pure dxm powder back when you could order it online. We gelcapped at .5 grams a dose. We called them crazy pills. I probably consumed half of that myself over a couple years. Sick, awesome, scary stuff. I hate to love it.

Natural isn't necessarily better, but I definitely prefer natural if possible. DMT and shrooms are my trip of choice anymore.

Sure this wasnΒ΄t a DPH flashback? Because of the insects you see when youre trippinΒ΄ on this...

I've never tripped dph. I've taken 4 25 mg diphenhydramine, all it did was put me to sleep. I ate a whole bottle of dramamine once, I felt like I turned into stone, body numbing, loss of time, but no visuals. This, however, was absolutely 100% pure dxm. I wish they still sold the pure powder on the internet... heh, probably a good thing they don't.

DXM doesn't get as much respect as it deserves...

It really is a modern shamanistic drug.

Very good rendering, you captured the sense of infinity and space of DXM very well.
