Where do all of the x64 system files go? Seems not in sysWOW64... got loads of errors and had to do a system restore.

Nevermind, however one thing that bugs me about this is the white background in the folder, from my perspective, it's like the white background is telling the rest of this theme to screw off! Also, I am keeping this theme

That would be something to take up with the theme creator, my system files don't control the taskbar, sorry!

may i just say that the problem you were having with the user icon isn't a problem at all seeinghow a theme should have no affect on the user icon at all.. the icon you see in katz93 page of this, is HER OWN icon.. so therefore it's not supposed to change..

If that's the case, you should know perfectly well how to get yourself out of a situation as such without needing to re-install your Operating System..

Changing the system files is bad.
Sure many times someone does nice work, but the problem is when you come across a theme with an unexpected bug, guess what, you're system can get hosed, meaning you're locked out and it's reinstall time!
It would be great if you can make a theme without the need for the system files, I for one will not mess with the system files, because I know, I've been hosed before and won't mess with it again!
THANKS

Mate, even if your locked out, there's always a way back in.
Ive been hosed before, and once being hosed have never had to reinstall, ever.
Change your system files by all means, but do 2 things first.
1. Make a backup.
2. Know how to use those backups in the event of being hosed.
THANKS.

Well, with the shell32 & explorerFrame dll's you need to take ownership of them, and rename them as a backup, like shell32.backup or .bak etc.
Then restart the explorer.exe process, and it will take effect.
But for the explorer.exe, you need to put ur new exe in C:/Windows. and when it comes up with the replace or not, select the option that puts in in there and add's a (2) to indicate it the second instance of the file.
Open up task manager, kill explorer.exe, go to File > New Task...
Then navigate to ur C:/Windows directory, rename explorer.exe to explorer.bak (or whatever extnsion you use to signify it's a backup) and rename the Explorer (2).exe to explorer.exe, then choose the new explorer.exe as the new task, click ok, and voila.
Hope it helps

Just looking over the files, there's nothing to indicate its something to do with the system files, possibly something with the theme i'd assume.
Have a chat to kAtz and see what she says.

Ahh, Maybe it's a 32bit only feature? Have you talked to kAtz yet? As far as i'm concerned, it's not a problem with my files.

I talked to kaz but she doesn't seem to think it's an error on her end, I'm not fussed its a minor detail.
